How do I return an item?
Our policy is outlined below.

Refund/Return Policy:

We accept returns for exchange or refund if you contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery of the product.

You MUST obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to shipping the product back to us. Please contact our Customer Service Department at Customer@authenticlouisiana.com to obtain your RMA Number. Please make sure that you write the RMA# on the outside of the package you are shipping back to us. RMA#'s are valid for 14 days from date of issuance.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay shipping costs for the return of any items, unless customer was shipped the incorrect item in which case we will ship the correct item to you at no charge upon receipt of the "incorrect item". At our sole discretion,  after 14 calendar days of delivery of the product, we will offer an exchange or store credit (less costs of shipping). Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

   -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
   -within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
   -must not be a special order or a custom order
   -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than the 14 days noted in that item's  particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

You should expect to receive your refund (credit) within seven (7) business days of our receipt of your returned package. You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
